Janet Day-Strehlow, MCR, has been named regional program manager at JLL in Munich, Germany. Previously, she was with Cisco Systems. Emily Gray has joined CBRE in Hong Kong as a senior director joining the Asia Pacific Advisory & Transaction Services team. Chris Horblit has joined TJX as vice president of Workplace Services, based in Massachusetts. Previously, he was an independent real estate and operations consultant. Jamie Kinch has been named vice president for Real Estate & Workplace Experience at Rapid7. Previously, he was senior director of Global Real Estate & Facilities at SONOS. Savills Studley has promoted both Andy Lechter, left, and Chris White to the role of vice chairman in the Atlanta office. Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Suzanne Mehta as chief experience officer for the company's Global Occupier Services practice. Chris Moriarty has been named director of insight at BIFM. Previously, he was managing director, UK and Ireland, for Leesman. Scott Steuber, MCR, LEED AP, joins CBRE as senior vice president in office leasing and tenant representation as part of the firm's Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services group in Los Angeles.
