organization's goals. Favorable employee satisfaction was also identified as an important qualitative factor for measuring the success of a digital workplace program. Not all data are equal in value to an organization, and a lack of granular workplace data, being collected at the proper level for analysis, remains a concern for many organizations seeking to measure the success of a digital workplace program. By striving to use digital workplace systems and tools to obtain a more detailed view of actual workplace usage and patterns, an organization can truly appreciate the significant gains that the technology enables them to achieve. e nd game: a successful digital workplace The five questions covered in this article provide directional guidance on the decision-making process for an organization considering a digital workplace strategy. The major trends indicated by the survey results are intended to aid CRE organizations understand that there is no one correct path for all and that it takes time to understand the gaps that exist between the organization's existing capabilities and the capabilities required for achieving the greater goals of the business. Ultimately a digital workplace is a combination of technologies and solutions uniquely tailored and implemented to suit the needs of each individual business. Just as different employees may be more efficient in different work environments, so, too, are the success rates among different organizations using different digital workplace solutions. With digital workplaces, it is not about doing what everyone else is doing; it is about taking the time to understand, implement, test, and improve upon that which works best for your enterprise.
