The following article is based on excerpts and key takeaways from a panel discussion titled "Innovating the Value Proposition for Corporate Real Estate," which took place during the 2015 CoreNet Global Asia-Pacific Summit held in Hong Kong.* Supporting the central theme of the CoreNet Global Summit, "Disruptive Innovation - The Business of Change," the panel session aimed to explore the effect of the innovation agenda on the corporate real estate (CRE) value proposition. The discussion examined the views of four senior CRE leaders from various industry sectors, each with a significant responsibility for driving CRE operational excellence and communicating the value proposition and performance outcomes to senior business stakeholders.
