For the prior 15 years she has been president of Nortillo and Associates, Inc. Paul Oortwijn has been named Director of Real Estate for the municipality of Groningen, Netherlands. Previously, he was with Cresa in the Netherlands. Jonathan Speary has been named Global Workplace Director at Honeywell. Previously, he was with RBS. CB Richard Ellis Philippines has become Santos Knight Frank, and the entire team of 1,200 employees has transitioned to the new company. Rick M. Santos is chairman and CEO of the fi rm. Tom Powers, AIA, left, and David Bourke have assumed their offi cial positions as co-presidents of Interior Architects (IA), an international fi rm.
