Teams representing Georgia Institute of Technology; Indian Institute of Technology, Madras; and National University of Singapore presented their strategies on how best to reduce risk in a company's worldwide real estate portfolio and, therefore, reduce a corporation's overall risk exposure. The $5,000 prize was awarded during the Awards & Recognition Luncheon. While all teams were "winners" treated to a flight to Singapore, provided lodging in the beautiful Ritz-Carlton Millennia hotel, and given entry to the CoreNet Global Summit, the students from the Georgia Institute of Technology took home top honors and the cash. We congratulate all the participants and express gratitude to the chapters who helped recruit and prepare teams for competition.
