Ana is headed to an important presentation at her client's downtown office. She's never been to this location before, and she's nervous about how the meeting will go. She's gone over her presentation twice, double-checked the names of the people she's meeting with, and given herself enough time to get there 20 minutes early. She has no trouble finding the building, but parking is a challenge. After circling the block a few times, she finds a lot with available spaces. But it's not clear how she's supposed to pay. Is there a pay station? Does she need to put a ticket on her dash? Once she finally gets everything figured out, she's frazzled and frustrated, and ends up being five minutes late to her meeting. All of her preparations couldn't account for the curveball that parking threw into her plans. by Erik Eloe 44 June 2018 the leader F E A T U R E A R T I C L E
