Mumbai panel contemplates gig-economy impact In Mumbai, members of the India Chapter of CoreNet Global considered the ramifications of the "Uberization of CRE," when CRE services are among those most likely outsourced. Following a Mumbai market update from Gautam Saraf of Cushman & Wakefield, discussions were led by moderator Anshul Jain of C&W and panelists Amit Gupta, of Citibank; Jay Nambiar of BNP Paribas, India; Karan Virwani of WeWork; and Lokesh Chaturvedi of Societe Generale. Middle East Chapter talks and walks the changing workplace Commonly known as D3, the Dubai Design District was toured recently by the CoreNet Global Middle East Chapter as part of its focus on the changing workplace. Several new D3 offices – those of the Dutch Design Centre, the D3's headquarters, and offices for city initiatives Smart Dubai Office (shown; nominated for three design awards) and Smart Dubai Government – were part of the tour.
